It's so much easier to express my thoughts, feelings and ideas about things in a melodic structure than just to write them out aimlessly. Putting them in songs is almost a shield for me. As if the way I feel is protected as long as it's in a song. Make sense? ehh. I didn't think so.
Anywho...Over the past 3 years or so I have been doing a TON of songwriting for other artists & producers, jingle writing, journaling ect. I'm happy to say I'll be releasing MY own project this summer!! More Miranda J Music! I am really excited about it. I'll be keeping updates regarding it posted here, so stay tuned :)
